Если надоел мигающий курсор в FireFox’e, который к тому же мешает скроллить страничку, переопределяя назначение PageUp и PageDown, то нужно отключить его.

Это делается так:

Просто открываем меню Options, выбираем закладку Advanced, и снимаем галку с чекбокса Always use te cursr keys to navigate within pages.
