The company name is derived from Spanish Industrial Technologica Laintex Veterani.

More than 30 years ago a group of enterprises of the sector of industry, distribution, real estate and financial activity created firms engaged in development of mutually advantageous trade relations between Spain and the countries of the former USSR. Due to rapid development of the enterprises, in 1988 reorganization took place, as a result of which a single holding was formed, existing until present day.

Interesting facts

A huge role in the process of formation and further development of the company was played by two historic figures – friends, pilots-veterans, that was reflected in the name and logo, representing a plane flying around a circle, symbolizing the globe, with inscription «ITLV». One of them was a citizen of Spain, the other – of Soviet Union.

Since June, 2004, ITLV has been a part of global holding Borges – the leading manufacturer and exporter of olives and edible oils in the world. Modern hi-tech production facilities, the best factories of Spain, single raw-material base, smooth-running logistic system – all this provided ITLV brand with additional opportunities for development and improvement of its products.

Today ITLV is one of market leaders for manufacture and sale of olive oil and olives, as well as products of the «Mediterranean diet».
