Мне очень помог Оксибрал (по-моему он египетский препарат). Голова перестала болеть и кружится через несколько недель приема. Я бы еще добавила всем доступный Глицын.

Гинкофар принимала очень хорошо помагает при онемении конечностей, правда принимать его нужно 8-12 недель. Зато препарат растительный и нет побочных явлений…

Акула к мозговому кроообращению отношения не имеет, и печень её тожею В лучшем случае это полиненасыщенные жирные кислоты, профилактика атеросклероза, если принимать годами.

Советую масло амаранта и капсулі для улучшения мозгового крообращения на основе масла печени катрана (акулы) торговой марки "Грин-виза" г.Харьков. Избавилась от проблем с давлением и головокружением! Советую!
