Значит так:
Нормальные люди,это те которые голосуют за Авиаторов (+ плюс любые другие группы) или за Авиаторов и Холодное Солнце. А также те которые не голосуют за Авиаторов и не голосуют за Холодное Солнце.
Ненормальные люди, это те которые не голосуют за Авиаторов, но голосуют за Холодное Солнце.
