Atoll Holding CJSC was created on December 6th, 2000 as a management company of Atoll Holding Group of Companies.

Alongside with the companies, which operate in manufacturing and selling vehicles, providing after-sales and warranty services for the vehicles and selling repair parts and accessories, Atoll Holding CJSC owns the corporate rights of the companies, whose main area of activity is providing the whole range of services for organization and carrying out construction work, proving services in the area of tourism and recreation and automobile leasing as well as giving financial services.

The organizational structure of the company includes 12 affiliates, located in Kyiv and the regional centers of Ukraine, whose main type of activity is selling passenger cars of the brands which affiliate to the Volkswagen Group. In addition, the company is the owner of shares or the bigger part of shares in other 34 companies; main type of activity of 16 of them is selling vehicles, repair parts and accessories. Atoll Holding CJSC also owns the Autotrading registered trade mark.

In 2006 Atoll Holding CJSC took the 4th place in the rating of the Ukrainian automobile market leaders (according to the data of AUTO Consulting).

Currently Atoll Holding Group of Companies includes more than 40 enterprises in 5 main areas of activity: automobile production and distribution, investment and construction, finance, tourism and recreation and development.
