DONBASSAERO was found in 1933 as Donetsk State Airline. Then in 2003 the company was reorganized as public utility enterprise and re-branded as DONBASSAERO. Nowadays, DONBASSAERO is one of the leading airlines of Ukraine. We headed the list of domestic flights operators and take third place of total air transportations. 336 000 passengers were carried by our aircrafts in 2004.

We constantly expand our routes. At present, the airline operates scheduled flights into 15 countries (Russia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Lebanon, Greece, Germany, Austria, Israel etc). We may to realize charter flights to over 130 destinations. Due to interline agreements with major international airlines we are able to take our passengers to any place of globe.

Our fleet consists mainly of aircrafts Yakovlev Yak-42. Domestic flights we operate by aircraft Antonov An-24. In 2005 we supplemented our fleet with Airbus A320. This is a comfortable aircraft with long range and low maintenance costs.

In addition to passenger transportations, our airline performs cargo transportations also. We transport cargoes by our own means and with a help of our partners. Experienced specialists of our cargo department will consult you by any question that may arise with this regard.

DONBASSAERO actively participate in social and public projects. Our company encourages and supports different cultural, sport and art projects and performances hold in Ukraine. For instance, DONBASSAERO is official carrier of football club «Shakhtyor», tennis club «Victoria», international athletic cup «Pole vault Stars», ballet competition «World ballet stars», beauty contest «Miss Ukraine», «Salt Symphony» etc.

In 2004 DONBASSAERO was officially recognized with award – our company became a laureate of Ukrainian Quality Contest (goods and services) «Best goods of Ukraine. Top 100». Development strategy of the airline management and efficient work of airline employees were awarded at their worth.
