Как обычно голосую за Витрум кальциум з витамином D3 (фаворит 2006). Насчёт вопроса: когда и сколько (Светлана Гудкова), то мой стоматолог тоже советует не реже, чем раз в полгода и именно этот препарат (Витрум кальциум з витамином D3), а то и чаще, если есть какие-то проблемы (например: переломы, операции), т. к. организм будет "тянуть" кальций для заживания, и если его будет недостаточно, то это сразу отразится на зубах). Кстати, если кальция много, то он просто не усваивается, т. е. кальций безопасен — переизбытка не бывает.

Мне кажется — кальций нужен девочки, но нужно знать когда и сколько.
Я принимаю курсами осенью и весной классическую комбинацию Витрум Кальций.

стоматологи советуют кальций витрум с витамином D — именно в этом препарате суточная доза кальция хорошо сбалансирована с витамином D (без которого кальций не усваивается)
