Seafoods / Crab sticks
Information Crab sticks or «Surimi» — a word of Japanese origin, means «washed fish mixture». Skinless and boneless fillet of white cod fishes is used for surimi production. Fat and cholesterol are completely removed from twice washed and grinded fish mass. The most valuable is left, these are pure protein, iodine and iron. Then surimi is mixed with egg white, starch, natural crab extract and food dye is added.

Japanese equipment is installed in the factory to make really tasty and competitive product, technologists of the enterprise are constantly training in Western Europe and Japan.

А в магазине и нет-то ничего кроме Вичи и Водного мира. Ну «Родині на користь» ещё есть, но это всё тот же Водный мир... Других нету.

Я обожаю VICI, а Водный Мир ненавижу. А моя мама наоборот, любит Водный и ненавидит VICI. :) Так что у всех вкусы разные!

Все, что пробовала, никогда не сравниться с Водным миром! Эти самый сочные и вкусные…хоть и по сути все крабовые палочки — отрава..

Видела передачу, в которой говорилось, что все эти крабовые палочки сплошная химия, так что в последнее время я ничего стараюсь не покупать. А раньше покупала VICI

У Водного мира один плюс — на этикетке написано содержание сурими (40%). У остальных палочек этого нет. Но вкус Водного мира далеко не лучший…

Сейчас беру только "Вичи охлажденны "Сочные" Как по мне, то это самый лучший продукт. Долгое время нравились охлажденные палочки "Водный мир", но несколько раз попадала на такие, что пахли каким-то пластиком, или стухать они так начали… Подумалаб на магазин, где брала, но это было в разных магазинах (2 раза в "Сильпо" на Контрактовой и 1 раз в "Симпатике" на Вокзальной). С тех пор брать их перестала. Запах был одинаковым в обоих магазинах значит проблема в палочках… А вот замороженные палочки у всех производителей плохие. Сухие очень. Раньше, когда палочки только появились в продаже, такого не было :(
