Лактацид безусловно самое лучшее средство. Это не просто гигиена, но и профилактика молочницы. Могу дать хороший совет девченкам: перед посещением бани или бассейна ставьте тампоны с маслом чайного дерева (5-6 капель) и масляным раствором хлорофилипта (до 10 капель) и никакие грибки вам не страшны. Мне этот совет дала лет 10 назад мой генеколог, все это время пользуюсь, ниразу никакую гадость не зацепила, пока однажды не потеряла бдительность, как результат — молочница!

Согласен! Лактацид- самый лучший! Три вида: средство- для ежедневного применения, жидкость- при проблемах (кандидозы, молочница и т.д.), салфетки- для использования вне дома.
