Взяла кредит в Альфа – банку, безвідсотковий, на побутову техніку. Переплатила 480 грн. Довіряти цьому банку не можна!!!!!

Не верю, Приватбанк самый отстойный банк. Вечно в отделениях душно, мерзко пахнет, очереди просто вечные. Система приват 24 только на словах работает, смс для входа в систему может приходить через пару часов и больше, а колцентр говорит как попугаи, мы знаем о проблеме попробуйте зайти через 20 минут, потом через 50 минут, а воз и ныне там. в айбоксах вечно нет бумаги для распечатки чеков. Колцентр вообще мало имеет понятие о часах работы банковских отделений. И ГЛАВНОЕ, насильно заставляют открывать карточки для обслуживания в банке. Интересно, об этом знает НБУ?

Договоры с ПриватБанком не стоят бумаги на которой они написаны.

Привату следует уволить половину сотрудников. Впечатление что во всех отделениях Привата работают дебилки и хамки которым плевать на клиентов.
