Дуже дивно як така авторитетна компанія може допускати відверто шахрайські дії з товаром. Отримав пару Dr.Martens. В парі два різних черевика (за розміром і якістю шкіри). Саппорт не реагує. Дуже прикро.

Даже слов нет. Ужаснаый магазин. Мало того что от момента заказа до доставки товара прошло больше недели, так ещё и прислали не той почтовой службой которой заказывал. Плюс к этому оформили посылку так, что нельзя посмотреть до оплаты. В итоге отказался от «кота в мешке». Не связывайтесь с этой конторой.

Заказываю одежду с этих магазинов maximini.com.ua/ , www.siluet.biz.ua/ . И скажу по личному опыту ,и по отзыву своих подруг и клиенток. Это намного лучше чем Ламода и ЛеБутик !

Нажаль сервіс Answer.ua неякісний. Клієнтам не дають можливості приміряти товар, заохочують купляти «кота у мішку» а потім якщо не підходить море втраченого часу без певності, чи повернуть кошти, ще й самому оплачуй пересилку. Зробіть будь ласка крок до клієнта а не залишайтесь у старій комуністичній системі де «той хто має товар – робить тобі «велику послугу» що його зволить продати. Результат море втраченого часу і дуже неприємне почуття.
