В Украине пока нет идеального интернет-банкинга, у всех свои недостатки и парочка LossLeader-услуг, которые демпингуются ради других...

Приват24 удобен бесплатной регистрацией, но с ним постоянные проблемы, сбои, причём практически во всём, от коммунальных платежей до расчётных карт.
Плюс Приват24 — свободное безкомиссионное пополнение мобильной связи и коммунальных услуг (коммуналка правда жестоко глючит, особенно оплата укртелекома).

Другие мной изучены не слишком хорошо... Знакомый хвалит Альфа-Банк за удобство, но сам я пока не пробовал, там нужно счёт открывать чтобы испытать всё, в ПУМБ — LossLeader — платёжки по Украине, в УкрСибе — свободное снятие нала в банкомате, в OTPБанке есть прямая интеграция с WebMoney (в других это только через стрёмные обменки. Хотя, имхо, ВебМани сами по себе стрёмные). Такие вот дела, буду испытывать ещё, делиться опытом. С Приват24 опыта пока большое всего, но рекомендую его лишь людям с железной нервной системой и бесконечным терпением.
