Синоптик – просто, как выражаются иногда, «ни о чем». Нет дождя – пишет :«Дождь и грозы» (прямо на данное время). Допустим, в нашем районе дождь не идет, а в другом идет. Допустим . Но когда идет ЛИВЕНЬ, причем, больше часа – показывает солнечную погоду, – это уже нечто. И – неоднократно.
