Спільна покупка (спільна закупівля, колективна покупка) — принцип організації покупки, при якому кілька осіб об’єднуються в групу для придбання товарів безпосередньо від постачальника або виробника за оптовими цінами, або в іншій країні.
Посередником між постачальником і покупцями стає організатор закупівлі (приватна особа, або організація, багато з яких зареєстровані за кордоном). Він займається вибором асортименту, пошуком постачальників, збором замовлень і оплати від учасників покупки (покупців), отриманням товару і передачею його покупцям.
