Не советовал бы ходить в этот кинотеатр. Был сегодня там, был неприятно удивлен.
Во первых при бронировании билетов, девушка-оператор не знала расписания сеансов, и не удосужилась сообщить, что забирать их нужно максимум за час, вследствии чего, бронь слетела. Во вторых кассирша довольно по хамски и с притензиями рассказала что бронь нужно забирать за час, после чего нехотя продала билеты. В третьих, в буфете кинотеатра на вопрос о том, какие соки есть в наличии (прайс лист на соки почему то не распространялся) был задан вопрос, а какой надо (подмывало назвать что то очень экзотическое, сдержался)?
Сотрудникам кинотеатра могу лишь посоветовать пообщаться со студентами работающими в фаст-фудах, к примеру в Метрограде. Там их быстро научат как вежливо обслуживать клиентов.

Цілих 36 кінотеатрів оголосили про страйк на знак протесту проти катастрофічного для російської мови указу про дубляж фільмів! Досягнуто справжньої масовості, могутня ріка одностайного протесту піднялась…
…а опуститися, гадаю, ми їй здатні трохи допомогти. А заразом трохи опустити й провокаторів, які здійняли цю хвилю. Так, накриклад, у Києві лише один кінотеатр підтримав українофобів — „Мультиплекс”. Отже, пропоную підтримати страйк керівників мережі, й не відвідувати її, хай би які фільми там не крутили.
