The Favorites of the Year is determined by the Consumers (non-indifferent public),
Experts (authoritative specialists of this market industry) and
Celebrities Jury (known public figures and celebrities).
In forming of the integrated ratings, the following weight is assumed:

(rank of Experts × 0.4) +
(rank of Celebrities × 0.2).

The participant which took the 1st place in this rating is by aggregate opinion of all three respondent groups is the best choice in 2023, the absolute recommendation of #1 in the category “National TV-channel”.

This rating was built as a result of the study of social preferences in 2023,
under the “Favorites of Success” Contest in Ukraine and it’s the free information.
In case of full or partial republishing of the information drawn from this rating,
it is obligatory to mention the name of the “Favorites of Success” Contest in printed publications,
or put an active hyperlink to this page in the electronic media.
Participants of the contest (not excluding the leader) can also freely use this information in their news, press releases, reports and other PR-communications.
However, it should be understood that the image of the contest awards, such like “Favorite of Success – 2023” medal,
which is awarded to the winners at the annual awards ceremony, as well as official winner status &mdashl is the registered Trademarks, and
their use requires permission, license.

the “Absolute Favorite”. The winner may be represented in the status of the best choice in the category “National TV-channel”,

awards ceremony, along with the right to use its image in the advertising and labeling.
