Для бісквитів, млинців, парових вареників та ін. дрібноти Хуторок нормальний. Взяв колись атбешне борошно – печія! А хліб печу виключно з житнього або з твердої пшениці (саморобного, мелю крупу типу Полтавської), пельмені та чебуреки теж. Після того, як потримаєш в руках пружне тісто з ярої пшениці, брати в руки тісто зі звичайного борошна просто огидно. Як дохла кішка.

Пробовала печь хлеб по одному рецепту с разной мукой vse.ua/ct/9210/ Самый вкусный получается с Хуторок. Всем рекомендую.
