Я много работаю, питаюсь не стабильно (где и как придется) или бутерброды на ходу. Из-за этого периодически возникает проблемы с пищеварительным трактом. Знакомый врач посоветовал, чтоб не усугублять ситуацию и не слечь с язвой или гастритом принимать к Гастритол 3 раза в день, после еды или в те моменты, когда почувствую изжогу или тяжесть в желудке. Мне он помогает прекрасно!
