Спред (від англ. Spread – розмазування, розтягування) – рід харчових виробів на основі суміші рослинних і молочних жирів з масовою часткою загального жиру від 39 до 95%. Зазвичай підбирається склад, при якому в охолодженому вигляді розмазується легше, ніж натуральне вершкове масло.
Крім жирів, в спреди також можуть додаватися різні смакові добавки, ароматизатори та вітаміни. З точки зору споживача, спред може розглядатися як аналог вершкового масла, однак із більш збалансованим жирнокислотним складом, нижчим рівнем холестерину та нижчою вартістю.
