на витаминах nutrilite , после добровольной сертификации начали писать противопоказания: беременность, кормление грудью. Как так витамины, Е, Б, С, железо беременным противопоказано

Я всю вторую беременность Нутрилайт Дейли принимала.
Самочувствие отличное. И сейчас, кормя грудью, продолжаю их пить.

я три беременности ничего непила и всё здорово)))
в крайнем случае принимать один-два витамина
а не все полезности в одном флаконе)))

Радует что Витрум не на первом месте!
В лучшем случает будет безполезным — но может и навредить!

вот только такого завода там нет, а только главный офис…
