Автолюкс — полный отстой…уже не раз с ними обжигался… если отправляете ценную вещь — никогда не пользуйтесь услугами автолюкса…

Никогда не пользуйтесь услугами Автолюкс… это кустарная контора (не Компания!), в которой напрочь отсутствуют такие понятия как
"клиентоориентированность" и "высокое качество обслуживания"… это сборище грубиянов и зазнавшихся неотесанных хамок.

Слава Богу, что есть достойная алтернатива — Ночной экспресс, с которым никогда не возникало никаких эксцессов.

Евроекспресс это тоже фигня, у меня посылку забыли отправить, и билеты дороже, чем у других, хотя обслуживание ни чем не отличаются!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Мы под чесное слово клиента,''Ребята сегодня переведу на карту деньги, отправляйте в Суммы… '' решили отправить груз в Суммы, хорошо что человек порядочный попался, деньги перевёл, но когда я сказал номер декларации, мне ответили, что уже забрали багаж по ФИО получателя и едут домой!

Я понимаю, можно пойти на встречу своему клиенту, но тогда или только по номеру выдавать или вообще без номера,так как можно спокойно кинуть своего отправителя, который также является клиентом автолюкса. Нам просто повезло)))))
