Метро — полный отстой. Качество товаров — выбирают что подешевле, а значит г… . Обслуживания нет. Типа " у нас покупают профессионалы". Купил друзьм в подарок детскую кроватку, привёз, попытались собрать — не реально. Думаю "наверное руки не оттуда растут". Привёз в Метро — вернуть нельзя, давить на них бесполезно — закон о защите прав потребителей на них не распространяется. Говорю — соберите, тогда я заберу. Никто из этих профи не смог собрать. Тогда согласились вернуть деньги. Ещё три раза к ним приезжал за деньгами.
Меня удивляют люди, которым это может нравиться.
