Information Вершкове масло (коров’яче масло) — харчовий продукт, що виготовляється сепаруванням або збивання молока або вершків, отриманих з коров’ячого молока, рідше з молока інших видів великої та дрібної рогатої худоби. Має високий вміст молочного жиру — 50-82,5% (частіше — 78-82,5%; в топленому маслі — близько 99%).

Принципова відмінність вершкового масла від вершків полягає в співвідношенні жиру і води. Вершкове масло є емульсією, в якій вода є дисперсною фазою, а жир — дисперсійним середовищем. У вершках жир є дисперсною фазою, а вода — дисперсійним середовищем.

Люблю молочні продукти виробництва Люстдорф. Волошкова поле мені коровою віддає. Половина з зазначених марок – фальсифікат

Ну дуже гарне масло Вологодське 82,5% Житомирського заводу , я не пам"ятаю навіть скільки років моя сім"я його споживає, а тепер ще й невістку на нього підсадила

Румо – ну дуууже гарне справжнє смачне масло!!! Особливо те, що 80%.. Спеціально поїхала на завод і купувала там.Мені його порадили купити у самому магазинчику на заводі. У магазинах цього містечка воно не залежується, його бистро розбирають самі жителі Ружина та прилеглих сіл. Привезла ці пачки додому, у Київ. Більше такого масла, яке б було схоже за смаком, якістю на це, я не зустрічала.

А я купую Білоцерківське, дуже хороше масло, вже скільки років чудова якість. Але його нема в списку

Купую ЗвениГора, оскільки масло дійсно смачне та без усіляких домішок.... Рекомендую усім... Купуйте, вживайте – не пожалкуєте....
