фруктоза засвоюється моментально без участі інсуліну. див дієтолога Ковалькова про фруктозу він детально розповідає. діабетикам не рекомендовано

Фруктоза медленно повышает уровень сахара в крови нежили обычный сахар.

Найбільша проблема «діабетичних» продуктів в тому, що вони використовують в виробництві продуктів фруктозу, яка підвищує рівень цукру сильніше за звичайний цукор. В списку заборонених продуктів для діабетиків «діабетичні» продукти та штучні замінники цукру стоять на першому місці! Єдиний природний замінник цукру – стевія та екстракти з неї.

Хоть и люблю сладкое, но сахара в чистом виде практически не употребляю.

Постоянно покупаю вафельные конфеты Лана! Очень вкусно и полезно. Кушают не только диабетики =)
